STERNO TRANSIT CABINET (HOTBOX)

Description
Un-insulated transit Cabinet. Requires Sterno to heat the cabinet and keep food warm. Sterno is not included in price.  6 to 8 sternos heat up cabinet nicely. Will reach 200 degrees in 1 hour with 3 sternos on bottom and 3 sternos on middle rack.
Features
  • Dimensions: 27" W x 21" D X 68" H 
  • Aluminum cabinet holds up to 40 (18" x 26") full size sheet pans with 1 1/2" spacing. Half sheet pans (13" x 18") also fit. 
  • 19 hotel/food pans fit in cabinet ONLY if using full size sheet pans to act as "shelves" for the food pans. Food pans will not fit in these cabinets on their own. Client must rent (or provide) full sized sheet pans to use as "shelves" for hotel/food pans.
  • Gravity door lock
  • Equipped with vent holes & casters
  • Use with sterno to keep food warm
  • Dry ice may be used to keep food cold (depending on ambient temperatures)
  • Weight: 115 lbs.
