All electric convection oven.  Two-speed 1/2 hp fan motor for high production cooking and delicate baking. Two-speed oven cool down feature.  Porcelainized oven interior for easy cleaning and provides better browning.

  • Interior Lights:  2 controlled by momentary switch outside the oven
  • Rack Positions:  10 for maximum versatility
