Claire and Adam said their "I Do’s" beneath a 200-year-old oak tree adorned in blooms on a sunny September day. Bright Event Rentals was honored to be a part of the creative team behind their magical California wedding, which was recently featured on Style Me Pretty.

With the help of wedding planner Lindsey Dienstbach of Bello & Blue Events, Claire and Adam treated 120 of their nearest and dearest to an unforgettable destination weekend at the iconic Ojai Valley Inn. The couple wanted to highlight the beauty of the venue and they chose classic and timeless details to enhance the majestic setting already in place.

“Our favorite part of our entire wedding was that we planned it together. We highly recommend working together! You will be working together and communicating for the rest of your lives, planning a wedding is a great place to start and work out the kinks,” the couple told Style Me Pretty.

Bright Event Rentals worked closely with Bello & Blue Events to fulfill the couple’s desire to keep the celebration classic with natural elements and soft color hues. As a team we carefully handpicked every product used for all areas of the event such as staging, tenting, climate control, the dance floor, chairs, and the tabletop details.

To add a touch of sophisticated glamour to the tabletop, Claire and Adam chose to incorporate subtle hints of gold. Our Oscar Gold Flatware was used throughout the reception and guests dined on our elegant Buckingham Plates paired with the Hammered Gold Rim Glass Chargers. Additional texture was added to the tabletop through our Gold Rim Bella Glassware.

“There are so many pieces to consider and so many moving parts when planning a destination wedding. It just seemed like such an insurmountable task to make everything come together but it did, seamlessly!
